A pathway is a project you work on for your loved one. Each one brings together their profile, the documents you prepare, and the supporting files you upload. You review and edit everything before it's used.

Court Documents — New Jersey
We start with one court at a time and only offer a form after checking it against the court's own published sources. Right now that's the New Jersey Judiciary Records Request Form (CN 10200) for Camden County Superior Court, Criminal Division, which you use to request copies of documents from a case file.
- We fill in the court's official PDF (revised 02/2026). We never recreate or reword the form.
- The form's instructions direct Superior Court records requests to the Judiciary Electronic Document Submission system (JEDS), which requires creating your own account. We don't submit anything for you.
- Camden County Hall of Justice, 101 South 5th Street, Camden, NJ 08103 is the records office location, phone 856-379-2200 ext. 3364. The court's page doesn't say it accepts mailed requests, so call to confirm before mailing anything.
